"The worst place to stay. Me and my wife caught Covid and ended up in the hospital and couldn’t leave. The hotel kicked us out even know we was in the hospital. We had no where to go and our stuff was thrown everywhere. Also we had things missing out of our stuff. Never stay here they are not clean and if you get sick they will not help you."

"Intrusive bug spray smell that can cause headaches and allergies. Very untidy place and dark rooms. Corridor is identified with at least three large pack of garbages. Highly irresponsible service line that put you on wait forever while playing a song sings “a man wait his call for a whole day”, and never address any questions. You will not receive any check in instruction even after check-in time has passed, while they lie blatantly they did send you everything. They will also send you a suspicious website to get your personal ID and credit card info, while Expedia states that this is particularly prohibited. Room has no privacy. With all the facts listed above, they will not return your money or allow early check-out. You can get a hotel 10 time better than this with only 60% of the cost even in the last minute in Miami. This is a scam hotel, please avoid at all cost."

"Absolutely horrible experience. Moldy, dusty and moist rooms with faded furniture and no hot water in the shower, even after we were offered to change it, we got one in the same shape. No effort to solve the issue. Overpriced, staff is arrogant."

"My stay at Samantha Apartment by Lowki was a complete disappointment, and I strongly advise against choosing this establishment. The photos provided online are highly misleading and do not accurately represent the actual conditions. There was a lack of communication as I received no instructions on accessing the property, forcing me to reach out via text and email for entry codes. Additionally, they suggested a remote storage service 10 blocks away for $3 per bag, an inconvenient and impractical solution. Upon reaching our designated room, the provided access code did not work, causing unnecessary stress, especially since my phone was low on battery. It took three calls from my girlfriend before someone finally responded, and shockingly, they were about to give us a new code without confirming our identity or occupancy of the room. The surroundings were far from appealing, with an adjacent abandoned building creating an unpleasant view. Inside the room, cleanliness was subpar, evident from dirty walls, water-damaged ceilings, and remnants of used coffee filters in the kitchen. The countertop was improperly attached with caulking, indicating poor maintenance. To add to the dismay, we discovered a cockroach in the bathroom, significantly disturbing our peace and comfort. Despite reporting this issue, the staff dismissively attributed it to the Florida beach environment, offering to spray the room instead of addressing the root problem. Their attempted remedy seemed like a mere patch-up job, accompanied by a dismissive attitude. Frustratingly, the quality of the room did not match the exorbitant price of $269 per night; it felt more akin to a budget motel charging $70 per night. While we understand the increased rates during events like Art Basel-Miami, this was beyond reasonable. Moreover, being asked to manage our own trash removal despite the high cost of the room and absence of daily cleaning services was utterly unacceptable. In conclusion, this experience fell far short of expectations, and I strongly advise seeking accommodations elsewhere for a comfortable and satisfactory stay."

"Great location, great pricing. Don't expect a hotel experience. The place does have the basics to just store your stuff, sleep, and go out. The places look renovated, not changing some stuff. The cleaning could be better. Ceiling fans are very dirty, and the bathroom needs a better sweep, the same as the appliances. You should expect a better cleaning when paying a cleaning fee."
