"Dr. Gainza used to be a great dentist but something has happened in her office. The service is bad. The last two times I was left waiting for over 1 hour. The last appointment she wasn't even there and the staff told me she usually doesn't come in until 10:30 even though I had a 10am appointment. There's been some shady billing where I would pay the bill for my appointment in full and then the next time was told that I had an outstanding balance. I don't trust them anymore and won't go back. This has been ongoing for a while now. Very disappointed because I used to love going there."

"The way they talk to me on reception made me feel like I’m not in Brickell but in some cheap area. I wanted to do cleaning and X-ray, but they gave me to sign 25 papers and on each paper they asking my SSN ?!? Like what? Worst experience! I left cuz I didn’t want to know what’s gonna happen next if at the beginning such a bad manners. I’ve heard that Miami is not America, so this place proved it one more time."

They make you feel comfortable during your visit by offering you water or blanket if you’re cold or asking if you want the massage chair on during your dental procedure. The scheduling of appointments is easy and they send email, text and phone call reminders of your next scheduled appointment. The office is always clean and neat. The wait time for a scheduled appointment is not bad considering all the other type of doctor’s offices out there. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone."
