Going in for a small cavity and ending up with 3/4 of my tooth filled, (which has broken off twice now) is ridiculous. That isn’t just “the way people react to things”… that’s just terrible service."

"Very unpleasant experience. On my first visit for cleaning, the hygienist who performed seemed poorly trained. I’m not sure on his qualification. Later, upon checkup by the doctor, I was told I have a cavity building up and need that taken care off. I go for checkup every 6 months and was never warned before. I then made a second visit and waited 1.5 hrs over my appointment time until I gave up and left. The receptionist kept me waiting by giving false hope that it would be 15 more minutes after every 20-25 min. Upon switching doctor, I found that the cavity diagnosed was actually a stain mark!"

"The dental clinic emailed me plan which clearly stated my treatment was 1300$ - insurance covers 900$ and the balance is 400$ I started the treatment and paid half on the first visit . When I Came second time they asked me to pay more than was left. I showed them payplan they sent and they said its not correct and the price after insurance is 1300$. They told me if I'm not happy I can go somewhere else. The dentist didn't even come out to speak to me . He said to receptionist to tell me there is nothing to discuss. Old equipment and dirty clinic . Stay away from that place."
