"Scheduling is a nightmare. Staff who schedule lack customary courtesy. Regardless of the seriousness of the dental problem, available appointment offered was too far in the future. Admonishment are given by scheduling staff that payment will be required if a scheduled appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance 'even when I offered to prepay for the appointment.' If you want to be treated with courtesy, look elsewhere for dental services."
