"They used to be a good office with the whole package, experienced providers, no waiting time or minimal, and a GREAT staff. However, the management has changed, and it's not worth spending your money and time in addition to dealing with staff rudeness. The front desk is the worst (especially old lady with dark hair), her BAD actitud stands out even over a phone call, doesn't let you even speak. She manages the office as she is the owner, doesn't care about patients, and is super rude and unprofessional. I went to my last appointment and made me wait for 45 minutes to be told that I needed to wait even more (upon I asked). The next appointment was given a week ahead, just like she did it on purpose, since I refused to keep waiting. I had around 3 years coming to this provider, never complained, or had an issue but can't tolerate poor services/attention. This ISN'T free even if it were, you shouldn't do that to yourself. It's such a shame that this office stopped caring about patients. My honest recommendation is to find a new provider who cares about your time and well-being."

"I get my teeth cleaned here every few months. The dental hygienist here is very good as well as the two dentists. They give you honest information about how to take care of your teeth and do not try to sell you anything you don't need."
