"I have been a client of Dr. Flores for more than ten years and I have never had anything to say about him, he is an absolutely professional and a great human being, super detailed with his work, also competitive prices BUT, he cannot be everywhere and all the staff around him are not even 10% of what he or his wife is. I've been wanting to do this for a while and today I decided to do it. I think someone has to say that the people who answer the phone must be conciliatory and SUPER friendly because you are the face of the business and it depends on them whether people are satisfied or not. "I went for initial consult @2 months and was told they'd give me a quote after insurance approval. Was told my insurance did not cover ( perhaps error insurer's side) . So they told me my insurance doesn't cover anything (when they do). Called and said was mistake. Sent copies insurance card. By fax and email 2 times, as well as called. Nobody got back to me. So I went to another dentist, Dr. Batista, who got all the insurance info in 2 hours and I was able to start procedures on the same day as my appointment. Happy he has good reviews overall, but this is mine. ( and I have copies faxes and emails)"
