"I’m a new patient, so far the service has been good. However, the receptionists are extremely rude, particularly the one name Isa, this lady yelled at me and hung up the phone on a customer care representative that was helping me with insurance billing. I had a question about billing and she jumped the gun and told me if I wanted to terminate the rest of my services. It was like she was kicking me out of the office. It’s crazy because she doesn’t handle billing, she could have just directed me to the right person. I complained to the Dr.Diaz, she sent the right person to see me. So far no issues with the doctors so I Hope the rest of the work I have planned to do makes up for that experience but the behavior of that women alone almost cost them to lose me as customer. Even the insurance lady agreed that I may be better off somewhere else because of the receptionist’s attitude. I’ll keep posted on how the rest of my work goes with this office."

"I have been to many dentist in my life time. Child hood dentist was a bad experience. A Gables Dr. That would fight with his assistant. Was very scary to a young child. Recently because of Humana I had to change dentist. I find Dr. Diaz office while nice aesthetically pleasing, the bedside manner if you will I find very cold; as if she doesn’t want to be there, doesn’t need you as a brings me to my issue. I was feeling some pain on a Friday. Saturday I call the office to leave a message that if possible could she call in something to get me by till Monday. Called twice….not one response no return phone call. Now, mind you I’m in real pain here. I call Monday told them I was in pain…..guess when they could get me in….Tuesday. This is unacceptable. Fortunately, Monday I had an appointment with my previous Dentist because of a procedure only he could do with regards to an implant. So I mentioned to him I was having pain. He said let me take a look. I said but you don’t take Humanna, he said you are in pain I will check. He came back and said we do take Humanna. So in the past years some one at the front desk gave me wrong information which is how I ended up at Dr. Diaz’s office. I won’t bore you with all the details but I was in his office for 7 hours. What Dr. Diaz’s office was doing was filing down a tooth because it was hitting wrong by bottom teeth turned out to be a cracked bridge, and one tooth underneath had a cavity that needed at root canal and post. So can you imagine the pain I was having. Shame on Dr. Diaz’s office for not caring, for not putting patients first. It’s Thursday and I’m still recuperating, on pain meds and antibiotics. Read this and take heed. Go to any other Dr. Office, just not this one."

"Dr Diaz has amazing hands. I've been hopping around dentists since I can remember, but this one's a keeper. I didn't feel rushed, she explained everything thoroughly and my cleaning was over before I knew it. Great bedside manner, great hands, highly recommend!"
