"I received the worst service there from the entire staff, especially Jackie! She is so lazy, and possibly the worst person I have ever had the experience of working with. She absolutely has no idea on what’s going on. I spent $10,000 having veneers put in and five months after one of my crowns came out. It broke halfway inside my gum, which was causing me pain. Originally when I had the dental work done they told me that all their work would be guaranteed for one year as soon as they saw me they said this is not covered under the warranty. I would have to pay $5000 to have it repaired. Not to mention that two months after having my veneers put in 20 veneers I had a cavity under one of them and they charge me to have that cavity repaired also. On top of making me have to pay for work that they did that should be under warranty. They wanted me to wait a month before they would see me to remove it. They did not care that it was hurting me. Also this is one of my front teeth. The staff is so negligent and they don’t care. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. I’m at a different dentist now having all their work redone."
