Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites

"Don’t let the other reviews or pictures fool you. This place is a dump. The toilet in our room wouldn’t even flush. When they sent someone up to our room to look at it their solution was to not put toilet paper in it. The room also smelled from the moment we walked in. Not what you would expect when spending over $300 for a suit room. We stayed here because they had a room that would fit 5 people. The shuttle driver from the airport was nice and the breakfast was decent."

"Hotel is well maintained and our room was very clean. Very close to the airport, which was great since we arrived very late. All the staff was friendly and the breakfast included real eggs and plates (not disposable) Lots of options for healthier eating. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Very friendly staff. Hotel is convenient and close to the Miami Airport. Review is similar to others, good for a 1 or 2 night stay. Hotel is older but kept clean. Very helpful in providing reservation for a shuttle to the cruise port. They did provide breakfast, it is basic but plentiful."

"Loved it. There was an issue with the hotel we originally booked, and we chose Best Western Plus for the night. The front desk guy was kind, helpful, and welcoming, and it was after 11 pm. The rooms were clean, smelled good, and well appointed. Loved the decor and furnishings. The entire hotel from the lobby to the hallways was clean. After all the hell our previous hotel put us through, Best Western Plus was like a warm hug. We will be back and I highly recommend."

"Very nice room, looked very clean and the towels smelled a whole lot better than my last hotel. I had an unfortunate overnight layover and Best Western sent the best. They’ve got late and early shuttles, took about 10 minutes to pick me up and the driver was very personable and friendly which quickly lightened my mood after the drama at the airport. It’s a quiet hotel from what I observed late yesterday night and I was very grateful for the driver who luckily recommended a cute spot for food, just a 3 minute walk with great toasted sandwiches, all convenient store amenities and of course open 24 hours! I’ll be sure to visit again next time I’m in MIA"
