"I'd rate these people 0 stars if I could. Where do I begin? Their text alert appointment reminder system sent about 500 messages the first couple of times I went, even after confirming it kept reminding you over and over - super annoying. As I was recently about to return, I received an extremely rude phone call where the (clearly annoyed) associate talked over me several times, resulting in me hanging up due to her rudeness and hostility. Seemed like they were mad I had opted out of the text reminders. I decided not to go to my appointment because I refuse to be treated like that as customer. Today I recieve a letter in the mail from them that they have "dismissed me" from their office with a $55 missed appt. charge in the form of a certified letter. To be honest I never signed anything agreeing to a missed appointment fee and only verbally committed a while ago. Looking back, Dr. Von Varik was condescending and rude during my previous visit where she mocked my attempt to use aligners to fix a minor alignment problem and said something along the lines of that I "got what I deserved" that I was now having problems. Going to the dentist is already enough of a pain. I don't need to be treated like this. Honestly, I'm glad to find a new dentist and I was able to get another appointment nearby (and for less $!) within 1 week! Good riddance and good luck getting your $55!"

They have worked with me, provided me with a dental treatment plan that is affordable and unlike a lot of dentist- they WANT to try to save your teeth. I am so grateful for finding them!"

She will never try to up sell you and works with you to make sure procedures are covered under your insurance. The best dental service ever. If you have an emergency she will work you in and she;ll even give you her personal cell phone if something happens after hours. Just the best."
