"The provider didn’t check attentively my baby. Providers here just take care only of getting money without service at all. They are so lazy to do simple things, or maybe they can not because they are too far from medical degree? At our emergency visit He was showing that he was checking, and that’s it. While listening to the lungs, He simply ran a stethoscope along baby’s back. He didn’t even think to stop and listen. Same with check up of the throat and ears. In 2 days we got to our doctor, finally left with diagnose ear infection and pneumonia. 6 months patient. This is not acceptable! Garbage! Same thing was here with another provider couple months ago with my old one 9y child. Don’t waste your time. This place is garbage. Same thing if we don’t come here and safe money. Will find another one urgent care."

"Don’t ever bring your kids here they don’t care about the well being of children they take hours to tell you there’s nothing they can do or offer you over the counter medicine that’s not even fit for your child . Well never recommended anyone bring there kids to this office they should definitely be shut down"

"Try to avoid this place. Between the family clinic and lab office. They have the worst customer service. They are too busy talking about their personal life with each other and totally ignore you when you are waiting to let them know you are there for an appt Then they look at you annoyed like you are interrupting them. The one lady at the adult clinic has no patience and hates to explain to patients and just cuts you off."

"Nurse in children's convenient care on the 2nd floor threatened my frightened child with being "tied down in a hospital" in order to administer a strep/ covid test. She should not be providing care to children. The doctor was definitely our saving grace. He was friendly and patient."

"I called 07/06/2023 and scheduled an appointment for 08/09/2023 for my first pregnancy appointment. They proceeded to call me back on 07/12/2023 stating they have no provider the day of my appt and needed to reschedule for 09/15/2023 which would put me already into my second trimester. I explained that I have factors of my pregnancy that make me high risk & I can’t wait that long, and the only solution they had was to schedule me at an office in immokalee which is over an hour drive from my house. The lady even said “we are seeing a lot of women later on in their pregnancy and if they take their prenatals everything is fine” which is horrific to hear bc they are putting these women at risk. They just straight up don’t care if you are seen in a timely manner, and if they cancel your appointment out of the blue like they did mine, expect no priority when it comes to being rescheduled. My sister also takes her daughter here for dr visits, and every time they have us wait over an hour past appt time to be seen. Do yourself a favor, and dodge this bullet."
