"No teaching dentist ever comes in and checks patients to insure students are doing sufficient work. My daughter has been coming here for a while. Supposedly she was in good oral health and had 2 fillings that had been completed. We went to another dentist and paid out of pocket because she had a toothache. I seen the X-rays and the cavities that had formed, about 1500.00 later, exam, X-rays, extractions, fillings, and sealants. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!"

"Good luck trying to reach a human in this office. They don’t give any reminders of future appointments nor do they seem interested in any patients returning. Still haven’t been able to reach a person even though I had left two messages within the past week. Going to quit wasting my time here and look for a new pediatric dentist for my daughter."

"I would give zero stars if I could because they have no business seeing kids due to their office staff and policies. The front desk staff are horrible and you can't understand what they are saying. The don't know how to speak properly, communicate, and provide any kind of customer service. They are unprofessional, rude, and unable to think on their own. Once you enter the lobby it is like going into a prison. It is a sad looking place masking kids and adults and the people especially in the front office all look miserable. The insist to have kids mask up while they are sitting their chewing and touching their mask and breathing in the dirty air. They provide mask that are open and touched by employees to put on your face. So much for practicing proper hygiene and the irony of a learning institution being so anti-science."

"Where do I begin? Front desk staff doesn't speak English. Combine that with a layer of plexiglass and masks, and I have no idea what's going on. They leave patient records out in the lobby for everyone to see, blatant HIPAA violation. They ask parents to wait outside the exam room while they manhandle your child and scream "be a good girl" while physically and forcefully restraining them. Needless to say after that incident I refused to wait outside and went into the room with my child. They left us waiting for two hours and called the police on me to have us removed from the premises, denying care to my daughter because I wouldn't leave her unattended with them. Makes you question their motives a bit. I was nothing but kind and respectful. I should have called the police on them for the way they attempted to treat my child. Everything about this place is trauma inducing and will lead your child down a path of dentist avoidance for the rest of his/her life. Needless to say I won't be coming back here anymore. Nor should you. There is nothing good about this place except that they accept medicaid. Find yourself a dentist that won't purposely scare you're child into avoiding dental care for the rest of her life. This place isn't it."
