"DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this dentist. Let’s start from walking in the door. The plethora of front desk workers would lead you to believe you will get amazing quick service. It’s a mirage. The ladies are rude, have zero knowledge of what they are doing and taught to be more of a used car salesmen. They speak Spanish the entire time and the things I heard while there was mind blowing. I was asked when I arrived if I spoke Spanish and I said no. (I do speak Spanish but I’ve learned if you want to know what’s really going on, say you don’t.) These ladies made fun of every patient that came in, including me. I am not one for confrontation so I just bit my lip and listened. While waiting, to be seen I was able to hear everything going on with patients in the back. There is absolutely no privacy. I guess HIPAA isn’t a concern to that office. They don’t close doors or create any kind of barrier between patients being seen and the waiting room. On top of that, when you walk in the door, there is an X-ray machine and computer to view X-rays right there for anyone outside the window and anyone in the sitting area to see. Beside the computer/x-ray machine at the front door is a drinking fountain that is leaking all over the floor. Huge safety hazard. Once you are seated and waiting for the dentist, you will wait until he is done walking around the office laughing at things on his phone. When he comes in he immediately speaks down to you like you are a worthless person. He cusses more than a sailor directly at you. He doesn’t explain anything and belittles you for having whatever your issue is. He then precedes to tell you that either you pay this exuberant amount of money to have him fix this problem or the problem you are having is going to turn fatal. He says that most dental offices don’t even know how to treat your problem so either get it done right or go somewhere else and get it done wrong. I even listened to him berate a man because he was from Canada and he mentioned healthcare was free there. He told the man then go back to Canada and get it fixed. After being seen by him he walks out of where I was sitting and tells his desk people that I most definitely can’t afford his services and to give me a plan of action printout and get me out of his office. I was never given any options on ways to afford the treatment I needed when I know there were options based on the literature I’d seen. I am also reporting this dentist to the Office for Civil Rights and AHCA's HIPAA Compliance Office as well as the Florida Dental Association/Florida Board of Dentistry. I plead with anyone who sees this review to heed my warning. In this day and age, social media/reviews are the most powerful tool we have to get the word out and get awful businesses shut down. The facility is unprofessional, unsanitary and truly doesn’t care about anyone. It only cares about the money it generates by the end of the day."

"I purchased a 1 tooth partial from them 1 yr. ago. Unfortunately, it broke in half on a Thursday eve. I went onto their website & sent them a message. Their website states that someone will get back to you in an hour. Nothing, still, nothing. I called the following morning (Fri.) to see if I could get my partial fixed or get a new one. I spoke with a new front desk girl on the phone named Jani. She kept referring to me as "baby", "sweetie", "I gotchoo". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am a 56 year old professional woman. She was a fast talker (hustler). She said she could get me in. I left my job in Ft. Myers to drive an hour to their location. When I walked in, a heavy set front desk girl was sitting their feeding her face. Once again, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am a current patient & Jani told me I'd have to pay $99 to be seen by the Dr. & get x-rays. I used my debit card & was charged an additional $1.97 to use their cc machine, even though it was my debit card! I just wanted to see if my partial could be fixed. I never got x-rays. A NEW patient walks in (white older gentleman) & he tells them that he's NOT going to pay that fee. He doesn't need x-rays. So I question the big front desk girl about it (still eating food ). And she calls the office Mgr. Mary. They offer to take $20 off. They credit my card @ my request. The Dr. looked in my mouth. He gave me a $879 quote & told me nothing could be done today. He left me sitting there waiting. I was fuming at that point. I got up & left. I had to get back to Ft. Myers to work. What a waste of my time!!! I missed 3.5 hrs. of work, gas, time & an additional $79 for absolutely nothing. Every employee in there (including Dr.) is Latin & Spanish speaking. I feel absolutely discriminated against. I am going to file a formal complaint with the ADA & FL. Board of Dentistry. These people, this organization, are con artists. They are taking advantage of consumers! I have gone elsewhere. To a dental practice that is professional & walks in integrity. I want my money back!! DO NOT USE this business for any of your dental needs."

"My crown fell off and it was right in the front. I googled dentist and name Dental Crown came up. They took me the same day. I have problem with crown 4 times it fell our. The doctor Marschei took care of me. He explained why it’s happening and why He also explained all my options so as not to happen again. He cemented the one I had and now I have to decide which option I want. Beautiful experience with no pressure to decide. I recommend them highly"

"DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They are like used cars salesmen! In Jan 2021 I have four 4 crowns , tow of which fell out within a year. When I returned they cemented them and one feel out again within three months. When I returned the third time they told me in order to replace it I would have to pay $1871.00 out of packet. Marcelo Mattschei said that it was one of his "sub" contractor that did the work it was not him. Ridiculous answers since he oversees all three properties. When I went to my local Dentist after x-rays he found that the teeth were not properly prepared for the crowns and that is why they fell off. These offices are very short handed with Marcelo bouncing around trying to cover each. I do not see the lasting much longer ."
