"I have been going to Doctor Longabach for years. New recent staff, an office manager that I haven't seen there before as well as a front office clerk charged my card $925 for a tooth extraction instead of the 115 they were supposed to charge after I had already given them $200 cash. When asked about the charge they had me come back to the office the next day and I had to reschedule my entire morning.. I get up there only for them to issue me a partial refund instead of the full refund for the inconvenience. Dr longabach never even apologized for the incompetence of his staff or for my inconvenience. I canceled my next appointment and will not be coming back. SAD AND TERRIBLE! ALSO CHARGED 315 FOR A NON SURGICAL EXTRACTION. DONT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE!!!"

"I would recommend this office very highly. I had a toothache and my face was swallen like I had a golf ball in my cheek. They got me in that evening and pulled 3 teeth. Dr Longanbach and Kristi we're both so kind and caring. There prices were very reasonable. Thank you for being there when I needed you. We will be using this office again."

"Please, use Dr. Will as your dentist. All of these amazing reviews aren't lying. Kristi and Dr. Will are two of the kindest people I have ever met. They took care of me when I was is desperate need after using a subpar oral surgeon and ending up hugely infected, referred me to the ER when they saw how serious my condition was, checked in on me through the next evening, and called good oral surgeons for me first thing Monday to make sure I had all the care I needed. Made my appointment and everything, knowing I had trouble speaking through the pain. They didn't need to do all of that. They could have wished me luck and sent me off but they genuinely cared for me and I am so grateful. My whole family will be using Hometown Dental from now forward. We need more wonderful people like Ms. Kristi and Dr. Will."

"Highly Recommend!!! After several day of extreme pain I called on a Sunday. My call was immediately answered along with all of my questions. Due to them not being able to verify my insurance on the weekend I decided to wait until the next day to go in. Much to my surprise I recieved a call from Dr. Longabach a few hours later to ask how I was doing. He stated he was meeting another patient that evening and offered for me to come in and get an antibiotic to start before coming in the next day. Customer service was way more then expected from every person in the office that I came in contact with. Pricing is also more than reasonable. I will not go anywhere else!
