"I was looking for a dentist the beginning of last year (2022)as I needed to have a bridge redone. I had it for quite some time & it needed to be replaced. I started going to Agnini dental back in feb 2022 working with Dr.Bhatti to start the procedure. It was going be to over $4,500 to replace the bridge which we had prepared for. We started the procedure & over a course of months from Feb- Dec of 2022 (almost a year) they had done the procedure in steps. When they brought in the final bridge to try on and adjust anything I didn’t like. I wasn’t comfortable with the outlook so they had sent it back to make adjustments. I then returned to have it put in permanently. Before he had placed it, I mentioned to the assistant I still didn’t like it. The assistant & also the dentist stated to have them permanently place it in and get used to it and how it feels and looks that it takes some time to getting used too & if they needed to they could make adjustments. With their experience & their expertise I put my trust into what they were saying. I returned several times to make adjustments because I still wasn’t comfortable with how it looked or how my smile looked after it. It got to the point that having done so many adjustments to fix the bulkiness & its appearance of the bridge, it made the teeth on the bridge dual, it lost its shine and natural look of a tooth. So then Dr. Drew took over and then he also tried to fix the appearance. I was still very uncomfortable with the outlook, I was devastated…Disappointed & let down. I then asked what steps needed to be done to have it redone. I also mentioned I was starting Invisalign & that it’ll be a few months before I could start the process over again which they understood. Their answer was for me to pay another $1000 to fix their mistake. The moment I left I was in tears. I’m now to the part of my invisalign to where the bridge replacement can start. I cant find it in myself to return to Agnini dental. We had given our trust within them & over $4500. Not once did they offer any type of refund. Not even after knowing before & immediately after placing the permanent one in I wasn’t satisfied, nor months after making several adjustments I still wasnt comfortable with the outlook. Just took our money & never fulfilled their job. it’s time to replace the bridge & I am going to have to pay again to have it redone & I can’t find it within myself to continue any further treatment with Agnini dental. I feel used for our money I feel let down & disappointed. We have 2 kids & we work hard for our money. they took our money and did not fifill their job. I don’t feel this is right by any means. I advise anyone to take precaution when choosing Agnini Dental . I was looked at as just another number & not as a client putting their trust into Agnini Dentals expertise & them not fulfilling their line of work. I’m devastated to have to write this but it isn’t right to be treated this way, nor should anyone have to pay that much for something that wasn’t fulfilled & then have to go somewhere else to have to pay just as much to have that worked redone.That’s not only putting that burden of having to pay for their mistake on my husband & i but that is also taking away from my children .Nobody should ever have to be treated like this. This is far more then unacceptable!!!"

"I can't tell the world how great this place is; my words won't do it justice! This was by far the best experience I've ever had with ANY medical professional ANYWHERE. They are very kind, caring people who took the time to answer all of my many questions. Further, they made certain that I was comfortable the entire time I was there (3 hours) which is so exceedingly rare in the medical profession. If you go in here you will be treated with the highest level of respect and professionalism. Lastly, the receptionists are all active or retired dental professionals who are able to accurately answer any question or concern you might have. Oh, I almost forgot, they have views of waterfalls and koi ponds in the exam rooms which really helps when you're in a dentists office."
