"I got an appointment at 8am and they told me to call when I get there. I called at 8 and they don't answer, only an auto recorded saying office hours are from 8:30 to 5pm. I decided to knock at the door and here comes a woman showing actitude that I needed to call. So I go back to my car and I receceived a call twice from their office, I answered both calls but I was not able to hear anything so I decided to knock at the door again. Here she comes the same lady with her actitude just because I'm trying to explain to her that they call me twice and she reacted telling me that I didn't answer.....and I need to stay in the car and call, woman, I need to get out of the car to let you know and calling your office re-direct the calls to an automatic system!!! What is wrong with you!!!"

"The staff here is phenomenal from the professional girls at the desk to the caring and sweet nursing team. The Doctor that all three of my children have seen for the past 8 years is Dr. Kasmi and I would consider her an extended part of our family she goes above and beyond."

"Stay away from this doctor. He is lazy and does not spend time with the patients to diagnose any issues till the issue arises. My daughter is now diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. My wife and I have mentioned numerous times to check our daughters thyroid and he just ignored it saying she's just petite. Now we have to run around getting things done so out daughter does not die from a heart attack. I will also be contacting the Florida health department and anyone else to tell them about this situation."

"Horrible! If I could give him less than a star, I would. Waiting days to be seen. Having to raise hell any time you need a referral. Need something faxed out?! Nope, you'll have to come pick it up. Instead of referring to a specialist, he basically said there was nothing that could be done for my son's condition. Multiple ear infections, never once any mention of an ENT. He just kept throwing the same exact antibiotic at it until I finally said something. I put up with this because my child is on the spectrum and doesn't fair well to change. His bedside manner sucks. Be prepared to be treated like garbage."
