"I am very pleased with this practice. Everyone is very polite and attentive to me. The tech taking x-rays was efficient. The doctor said I'd need a crown, which I figured as I could feel that tooth beginning to fracture although I had no pain, but said it could wait so I didn't feel pressured. She also didn't try to shake me down to get services I didn't need (I've had that happen in the past from Aspen). I got a pretreatment estimate for the crown and my portion after insurance was surprisingly low so I made an appointment to get the crown done in 2 weeks. Finally, my cleaning done by Ahmed was EXCELLENT! He was very thorough (I know a good prophy vs a mediocre) and I was comfortable the entire time, no pain or discomfort. Last thing, I'm a Medicare patient which means the dental fees are greatly discounted. But I was treated as if I were a millionaire paying the full reasonable & customary fee. There was NO skimping in the service provided. Very happy with this office. Since this review I have had two more crowns and I'm STILL thrilled with Dr. Hassani Ghaly and her staff. Tia is a superb hygienist, fits my crowns perfectly. Btw, Dr. Hassani Ghaly's novacaine injections are painless, I didn't even know she'd injected me. I'm 71 years old, have moved around the country often in my life and have been treated by many dentists. Dr. Hassani Ghaly is 2nd to NOBODY! I have retired in Lakeland and she's the last dentist I will ever see."

"This was my first experience with this office, I'm pleasantly surprised at how professional everyone was. I'm very happy with the service I received during my first visit. I'm going to continue to go here to have the work on my teeth finished. I'm happy I've found them!"

"Update: January 2024 Today my daughter went in to see the orthodontist. When I told them that last week when she came in to replace a temporary crown it fell off before she even left the parking lot, the assistant had the audacity to look at me and say, “well we told her not to eat anything hard.” I said, “what part of it fell off in parking lot do you not understand? She didn’t even have time to eat anything. It looked like a block of gunk.” The other woman at front desk who I have never seen before kept looking at me through the glass and whispering to other girls in front area. Very unprofessional. The only two professional people in the entire building over the last few years is the two women who sit at front desk on far left and middle seat. And the assistant who replaced my daughter’s crown today was okay as well. Once seen by the ortho he looked at my daughter’s mouth and said “so she has a lot crowns and root canals. Why?” My daughter looked at me and I at her and I said, “excuse me?” He repeated himself. I said “if you need to know it’s because her biological mother did drugs and alcohol while she was pregnant and all her daughters have poor teeth since babies.” Now that my daughter has to again carry the shame of her birth mothers neglect he proceeds and says “well, if she has poor hygiene blah blah blah.” I said, “my daughter has very good hygiene. She brushes 2-3 times a day, flosses, and uses mouth wash as well.” He says” yes I can see she has clean teeth and flosses” I interrupted him and asked, “then why are you asking why her teeth have so much work and bringing up hygiene?” Then he focuses on what could have been done when she was 11-12 but now she is out of time frame for braces. Mind you she is 16 and we just got a referral as previous dentist said to wait until wisdom teeth in. I finally interrupted him after 5 min of what could have been done and said “well we can’t go backwards so what can we do now” and he proceeds to tell me what he would like to do but “it may not work and then she will need surgery.” He’s young, right out of college probably so getting a second opinion. Hopefully from someone who won’t make her feel shameful for what a biological mother put on her. And the chairs in back rooms are dusty and dirty so I question how clean is equipment? The dust is disgusting, the chair next to my daughters was reclined with a blanket so someone was napping in the chair and the counter had crumbs from food or dental particulars. Either way the crumbs were there when we came into room and after she worked on my daughter she cleaned the device she used on her and then laid it on the crumbs. This place needs to be shut down by health dept. 1st review: Front desk is always nice. Unfortunately they aren’t the ones doing the work or exams. Never been to any dentist that takes three hours to put on a permanent crown.Never impressed with this dentist as the office bathrooms are disgusting, the dentist jumps from patient to patient taking up more time with patients leaving patients sitting in a chair for hours while she strolls from room to room, bedside manner is horrific, and they neglect the needs of patients when in pain. Too bad the dentist and hygienist don’t have the front desk mentality."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Receptionists always have an attitude as if they’re too good to be doing their job. Hopefully you have 2+ hours to take out of your day for even a simple cleaning. My appointment was at 11, showed up at 10:55. Was brought into the room at 11:10, ok fine no big deal. Assistant tells me the dr will be in shortly… 11:40 and NO ONE has come into the room. No one. Not even to numb me for the cavity fill. Wish I could say this is the first time this has happened to me here but sadly it’s not (I’ve been to this location about 5 times, same thing every time). Hence why I said hopefully you have 2+ hours to spend at the dentist. Finally got up and left because I spent 40 mins just waiting. What a waste of time. Zero stars, I don’t recommend this establishment."

"Dr Hassani Ghaly and her staff are very professional and friendly. I had get several crowns and they turned out great! I also went in for a dental emergency and was able to be taken care of same day. I highly recommend them for all your dental care!!"
