I am very thank that everyone in that office is great and caring individuals. They all have patience for everyone and don’t leave me bad or in pain whenever I go get dental work. I would refer anyone to go to the MLK office in Tampa Florida. Thank you to everyone in that office"

"This is the worst place I ever been to in my life.The nurse name Tiny Jackson hit my son. She threatened him and also me. The whole place was a circus. The manger and the doctors didn’t do anything about this. They don’t want the parents to go to the back so they can hit and abuse your kids without you knowing. I have a video of the nurse Tiny Jackson trying to aggressively fight me while I was holding my son.All the other kids was crying and scared of her from her actions . Please do not take your kids here . It wont end well. This place has no respect or professionalism for anyone.This was like a bad dream. My son is only 3 years old and he cried all night after our visit. Please I beg you to find some where else safe to take your kids. Please"

"Someone called to confirm an appointment for my sons this morning. When I asked her if she can verify it was with the same Dentist they'd seen previously, she told me "No, I'm calling strictly to confirm the appointment." I said, "Ok, thank you" and disconnected. I attempted to call back to get this very basic information from either office, to no avail. They don't ever answer the phones. She called back and left this message at 11/3 10:51am... "due to you hung up in my face and don't want to return the call I'll go ahead and cancel the appointment if you can call back and reschedule a later time". I would've had no problem confirming with the answer to a very basic question. I'm a Dental Assistant and have confirmed many appointments. I would never treat anyone that way. Super unprofessional."
