"This office is GREAT. Everyone is super nice - the office manager, receptionists, hygienists, dentists... everyone. I chipped my teeth on a cruise 2 weeks ago. They helped me figure out my insurance, worked with me with my work schedule, got me an appointment ASAP, and helped me get my follow-up appointment in 2 weeks. I am very happy I chose this dentist office and will continue to come back as long as I live in Tampa. Thank you all so much!"

"i do NOT recommend anyone going to Diana L. Johnson, DDS, unless you want your healthy teeth shaved. To be overcharged for a “deep cleaning”. And to be told that you’re perfectly healthy tooth is decaying.i went there for a filling for a chipped tooth and a crown. i was able to get the crown just fine, but when it came to the filling for my chipped tooth, it became a problem. she of course had to shave the tooth that was chipped to fill it but she DID NOT have to shave my other perfectly fine tooth next to it in the process. as well, the filling was horrendous. Took her about 10 min to fill. she was fast but SLOPY. it was like my two front teeth were fused together and i couldn't even floss without the floss tearing every. Time. i got the filling fixed free of $ charge but she seemed to have been upset about her own mistake? she was invalidating everything i said as well as being very snippy with me. it was very unprofessional. I am definitely not coming back here. And I’m gonna have to go get my perfectly fine shaved tooth filled somewhere else. so unless you want your perfectly fine teeth to be shaved off i would recommend a different place. surly ANY where else but here with her. The rest of the staff however was perfectly fine and friendly except for the young girl who brought me to my chair who told me my tooth was decaying when another dentist told me it’s perfectly fine."

"Let me start by saying I rarely leave any google reviews, but felt the need to today. I have not been the dentist in a few years and have been terrified of going for personal reasons (bad experience with previous dentist office) . I was referred to this office and I am SO GLAD! Every single person I spoke with from the moment I walked in, was so nice and welcoming. Paula was the receptionist I spoke with that welcomed me in. They reassured me, they took their time and went over every single detail of my treatment plan! I need alot of dental work done but Dr. Johnson was the absolute sweetest and you can tell she loves what she does and making sure all her clients are comfortable! I would 100% recommend this Dental office!"

"Went in for a routine cleaning & “consultation” in April 2021 because the dentist I was going to for 11 years passed away. Dr. Love told me I had 2 cavities & needed a “deep cleaning”. I never had a deep cleaning before NOR a cavity as of 43 years old then & 14 months later still never had a cavity. I walked out & had to search for a real honest non chain dentist that was in my insurance network. STAY AWAY!!!! UNETHICAL PRACTICE!!!"

"I would highly recommend this dentist. My whole family has gone there for approximately 30 years and they have always been professional, excellent, and caring. I trust Dr. Diana Johnson completely and I have had great experiences with the other dentists there. The hygienists have changed a lot over the years, but they always are friendly, thorough, and professional. I especially like the way that the cleaning appointments run remarkably on time. The office staff has always been friendly and I get great service whenever I call. You can see why I haven't changed dentists."
