I'm leaving 5 stars because Dr. Alicea took the time to contact us directly, do research beyond what any other dentist would do, offer discounts on services, and even a free visit. He also had a solid treatment plan and a positive track record of similar plans ready to go. We were shocked that a doctor took the time to do all of that and that means something to us, especially during this day and age. Dr. Alicea went above and beyond to correct a situation.
