"Our family has gone to Keystone Dental and Dr. Joel Reinheart for at least 17 years. This is just an outstanding practice in every way. Tracy is the dental hygienist, whose background is pediatric dentistry, is Wonderful with all kids, but especially the little ones! Tracy is exceptionally professional in her approach to her patients. Dr Reinheart is very gentle and patient with nervous people, like myself. I had my teeth cleaned by Tracy today and then Dr Reinheart check everything out in my mouth. This is a very caring practice. The office staff is professional, experienced and knows how to treat all patients with dignity and respect. Their office near Gaither High school is very convenient for anyone looking for a new practice."

"Awful experience, Dentist didn't say one word to me, He told me I needed to get most of my teeth removed and didn't offer any further advice. I told him I was too young to get most of my teeth just taken out at 35 and he says, well you're fairly young. I don't know if he was so rude because my insurance wasn't the best at the time. But it was an awful, demeaning experience . I would never go there again or suggest anyone to go there without a lot of cash. I have good credit so I do have other options but this dentist treated me like I had none."

"This was my sons first trip to the dentist, he was a little nervous and anxious but the dental hygienist was great with him, explained everything she was doing before she did it, was very professional and nice, and Dr. Reinhart did a great job examining him and getting us out in a timely manner, which is great when you have a 8 year old. "I love Dr. Reinhart. Office is fast, easy, and he gives you straight information. Sometimes he can seem like he's rushing, but just ask him questions and he won't BS you. I've gone to his more than 3 times and sometimes I've had to pay out of pocket. He's given a discount for being a devoted patient. He also doesn't make you feel guilty with your dental problems. I once had an old dentist that asked me if I ever brushed my teeth- I could have slapped her. Bad teeth and dental problems happen to even the most avid of brushers and flossers. Dr. Reinhart will make everything quick, painless, and simple without accusing you of being careless."
