"Been coming here for years. Even when it was Boyd dental. Lately this place has gone down the toilet. Long wait times, not enough staff. Today I was in the lobby for 30 minutes until someone acknowledged me. My appointment was at 3pm. Finally decided to leave at 345pm. Never coming back."

"I had my whole jaw reconstructed and 4 plates,16 screws in my face and 6 crowns in the front many years ago and have been petrified to ever go to a dentist again! I needed a severe root canal and 2 crowns, also 4 cavities filled and had everything taken care of in 2 visits, even with the ptsd!! I would definitely recommend this doctor and staff! And I can be a tough patient! Went to sleep 2 times with no problems."

"I love the hygienist’s and doctors here. They are awesome, friendly, and great at their jobs. I have probably visited this office 6 times, and never once have I been seen on time. I always arrive at least 15 minutes early (usually more) and even this past time I arrived 30 minutes early. I was seen 20 minutes after my appointment time. Wait times here are ridiculous and ruin my experience every time I go. 5 years and they still haven’t been able to get this right. If you plan on visiting this location for a routine cleaning, expect to be seen 15-30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time."

"This place is horrible..Never go here. I did a root channel 1 and 1/2 yr back. I have been suffering from till now. Followed by surgery and re-do root channel . No luck, Day by day I am having lot of issue with my teeth, Every week i am visiting dentist... Any one can give me a good dentist . This place is very pricey. My root channel cost me over $1000. I spent another $1200 for surgery and re-do again in another place. Tooth extraction cost me $385. They are suggesting for mouth guard now. Can any one tell me how to file a lawsuit ????"

"I HAVE HUGE BUCKTEETH NOW and that's not something I would have ever done to myself knowingly or paid for. ......... The sedation portion was good (very expensive) but they did extensive work and didn't send home any paperwork as to what they did exactly and what exactly would be done on my follow up visit, which made me feel a little vulnerable after each visit. They did an excellent job on my dental work however... They did a horrible job on my crowns and I DID NOT get what I paid for. I got huge teeth installed that created a massive overbite that makes my mouth stick out and my top lip (like a duck). It completely changed the look of my face and my profile and the teeth looked NOTHING like the picture I chose. The doctor took no accountability and now I spend everyday trying to live with my "new face" and it is very hard and horribly disappointing since the results are permanent. Dr. M is a good dentist but I would not go to him or anyone in this office for cosmetic dentistry only general dentistry and sedation (which was good).
