"Monticciolo leadership will not take responsibility to warranty or support the patient if there's an issue with failed work. This practice made a lot of money on major restorative dental services including several expensive build ups to prep for teeth crowns as well as the hefty cost$$ in excess of $Thousands for the crowns. In addition to major dentistry, the practice profited from periodontal maintenance; expensive deep cleanings. Of all the major dental care needs that my family entrusted to this dentistry i'm dissatisfied and disappointed that a promise to stand behind the quality is not being upheld. After discovering a simple Tooth Filling that was implanted in June 2023 (6 months ago) has a chip that will require the filling to be refilled. I asked the Regional Manager Jennifer to warranty the filling at no cost which she unapologetically firmly refused to help us out with. Jennifer gave a uncompromising refusal to help us, not even offering a discount. I encountered Jennifer personally during a visit to the St. Pete location which btw looks terrible it's gloomy inside the facility and out. Everything about being there feels sad including the patients and employees. I asked Jennifer for a mask because I had a cough and wanted to be careful and considerate of others while waiting in the lobby, to which she unkindly responded "We don't provide masks to patients." She made no exception and seemed to enjoy her firm No! The Tampa Staff is Fantastic we were very happy there. The assistants at St.Pete are unpleasant, harsh, a little rough around the edges for what one would expect to be a professional comfortable setting. Patient care, Appreciation, and sensitivity is Not a Priority here. Kindness is a virtue of God, some people aren't there yet but I wish Jennifer enlightenment someday to receive the light that cures her negative demeanor soon. Bless Her I would suggest being mindful in your choosing, and ask what the warranty is on the work performed there. Be Wise"

"If you’re looking for wonderful, smart, efficient staff, come here! The doctors are exceptional and the staff goes above and beyond to help you with any dental situation. I had to have teeth replaced due to an accident, and I am terrified of dentists. I can’t describe the level of respect and gratitude I have for everyone who works here. The performance, efficiency, and level of compassion from every single person in this office not only exceeds expectations, they are more interested in listening to you and your needs and will go to exceptional lengths to help you and care for you. 15/10 would recommend. ❤️"

"What a joke of an office. I went back in July because I need a couple of crowns and a deep cleaning done. I have extreme dental anxiety so I figured I'd give these folks a shot - they seemed to have a great reputation. I had my exam, discussed various options with the dentist and made a plan to pay for the services in September. September came, and I got a text message saying they had to cancel my payment appointment and would reschedule for November. I never heard from them again. I left multiple text messages and voicemails with their call service and at their office in October & November - no response whatsoever. It is now DECEMBER, and they still haven't even bothered reaching out to me, much less attempting to reschedule the work, etc. I have left at least a half dozen messages for them with no response. Being ghosted by your dentist is a new low in business. Based on their complete lack of communication, I could not recommend this Dental office."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. This office owes me 500 dollars for the crown that I prepaid for and never received. The dentist told me that I would need a root canal (didn't have the 2.5 thousand for that out of pocket) so they just patched it up and left it. They have avoided me and will not give me my money back. I have since moved out of state and now this tooth will need an implant because of how much they shaved down and did not properly cap. Avoid this place at all costs."
