"UNETHICAL dentist practice, been a loyal patient for over 7 years and when you expect a dentist to do the right thing you find out the hard way thru bait and switch! Think twice before using this dentist for anything other than cleaning. I don't ever write bad reviews but I will for this one. I am a business owner and I do a lot of videos and when I broke a tooth I immediately called my dentist Dr Creech. I went in and was told 2 options, a bridge or an implant. I had done an implant with them few years back everything went great. I am sitting in the chair with novocaine shots and half out of it so when they said $2200 for an implant I agreed even though its a lot of money. Instead of scheduling me another day, this was valentines day they immediately proceeded to take my tooth out which I found odd that it happened so fast. I had paid $1000 at my last visit and when I walk in today to only get a flapper fake tooth, because I was told the implant could take months they wanted another $1200, I immediately said why would I pay you for the whole thing when it takes several months. The secretary proceeded to tell me they are done, this wasn't including the implant, this was just a tooth extraction and bone graft. WHY ON EARTH would I agreed to only have a front tooth removed with no implant, when I asked for an implant? I even mentioned I had commercials I had to do and wanted the implant done. I was the one that even asked for a flapper tooth because I didn't want to wait the few months you told me it would take to do the whole implant. So now I am out $1000 and have my tooth removed and I don't even trust this company to do whats right. I would have NEVER agreed to $2200 to be left like this, why would you not have quoted me the whole thing, I am now getting quotes for entire implants for $2500, and you were going to charge me another $1500. $4000 for one tooth, please run from this company!"

"At first I was hopeful that my dentist experience would be great. However after agreeing to a double crown treatment, I experience terrible pain for following two weeks straight. The dentist did not listen to my concerns and I ended up with a root canal after they put the permanent crown. During the crown procedure I was in so much pain but was told it was normal. It was not. Disappointed they did not hear my concerns and speed up the process while I was in distress. My husband had the same happen to him and they fought him for reimbursement. Will not return nor recommend this place."

"Dr Creech and her staff (namely, Dr Maass & Sarah @ the front desk) took my 15 year old son in on an Emergent situation on a Friday . My son has had has had issues with his front tooth since he was 4 and knocked it out . After years of work on the tooth it finally came time where the tooth needed to be pulled bc he was in severe pain . They fit him in completely last minute, made him SUPER comfortable & we’re extremely gentle and kind!!! i can’t thank them enough for their compassion and professionalism! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! - grateful mom"

"I am a new patient and am so thankful to have found Dr. Creech and her staff. After some very overall bad experiences with other dental offices in the past, I was gun-shy. I needed some cavities filled. Even though it was routine work done I had not had anything other than a cleaning done in over 10 years and was being such a baby about it. I was so nervous I was in tears but the hygienist and Dr. Creech were so nice and patient and kind, explained everything to me step-by-step so I knew what was going on, checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was feeling and doing okay, and they let me watch HGTV on the screen in front of me to calm me down.
