"My visit began with pleasant dental assistant and the Doctor. However, the assistant had difficulty taking X-Rays. The device was hurting the roof of my mouth and it kept slipping out of position. So I asked if I could get the X-Rays from a previous dentist, that I visited less than a mouth ago. The assistant checked with the Doctor and he said okay. I was calling to have the X-Rays faxed over when a women I hadn’t seen told me to get off the phone because she could hear me on their audio system. I informed her I needed to make a quick call to get X-Rays. If I couldn’t reach them, I would continue to have the assistant make new X-Rays. She told the assistant to take off the X-Ray protective vest and go to another room so a new patient could come in. I said it will only take a minute. Then she told me to get out of the chair so another patient could be seen. I said no, it takes too long to get an appointment. She told me to get out of the chair and leave. I then removed everything and told her she was awful and that I wouldn’t be coming back. She said good, don’t come back. My TIME is valuable, my travel to and from this office wasted my gas as it is a long distance from my house in Apopka. This office manager was rude. They book too many patients and don’t have enough staff!! This was the worst dental experience I ever had. She was unprofessional and unconcerned. My scheduled appointment time should NOT be replaced with another patient because you schedule too many patients!"

"I just began being treated by both physicians and recently went to have my teeth cleaned and whitened. I suffer from gum disease and my teeth within the last year began discoloring to a yellowish color. With great satisfaction I can tell you both physicians are such good and caring dentist. They take pride in their work in making sure their patients are happy with the service provided. Unfortunately, my first whiting treatment did not make much of a difference, no fault to Dr Mehta, as it was due to the enamel on my teeth. Mrs Mehta medically explained reasoning and offered a second whiting ; which did the trick, as my teeth were no longer yellow and I was not charged any extra. Dr Mehta went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with the service and treatment relating to my teeth. The office is also very clean and really nice. The staff are great as well. My family and I are new patients and highly recommend BOTH physicians."

"After a very bad experience for both my husband and myself at a Corporate run dental office, what a relief to find Dental Associates of Lake Mary. This office treats you as family, so welcoming, always available to answer questions, very professional and their work is exceptional. Dr. Deepa Mehta made an immediate denture for my Husband who had never worn dentures before, he had some challenges getting used to the dentures and Dr. Mehta was always there to help him. We know the same excellent quality and care will be in the permanent denture soon to come. My cleaning at the Corporate dental office left me with jagged places and rough surfaces, my first cleaning with Dr. Kalpesh Mehta solved those issues. I asked him if he found any cavities at my second cleaning, he said no, Corporate place said there was a tiny one they needed to fix, hmmm?
