"The WORST experience ever! Do NOT go here find another provider. Trust me, you will thank me later! After having a dental emergency, a filling had fallen out, and I was in extreme pain. I went in as a first-time patient new to the area. I selected them based on reviews (I was mistaken). The appointment process was friendly and welcoming, but when you get in, you’ll have to sign your life away to the practice. When the doctor examined me, he said he couldn’t find where the filling fell out. Mind you, I was showing him exactly where. He told me I needed to come back for a clean and X-rays before he could even look at me properly and treat the issue if there was an issue. ( Bizzare). He took X-rays that very same day but said it’s not extensive enough????? Mind you, they charged me for that visit. My insurance warned me to find elsewhere because their costs are way above average. Desperately, I agreed to make the appointment for the following day in less than 24 hrs, one for X-rays and the other for cleaning, all on the same day. The next day, I got into a bad accident on the way and couldn’t make it. I called and advised them that I wouldn’t be able to make it. The receptionist said it was okay; she would make sure she removed the appointment, and I wouldn’t be charged. When I called back the office to now reschedule, their office was closed for winter and was completely shut for two weeks. I had to find another provider to fix the filling to stop the pain. A month later Iater, I received a bill for $100 (confused) stating I had missed two appointments. So I called to remind them of the situation, furthermore it was technically 1 appointment with two service, they charged me to twice, and they told me they would not remove the fee. Bunch of crooks! $50 for a missed appointment per service is ridiculous."

"I just had my first visit today at Lake Mary Family Dental. Leslie gave me the most detailed X-rays and photos I’ve ever had. I feel like I’m gonna be in good hands here with Dr. Pinney and the rest of the crew. Also, a happy energy in the office. So glad my friend recommended this dental office!"

"This is by far the best/most welcoming dentist office I’ve been to!! I am very young, and not very educated on how health insurance works with different things but Charlie explained everything very clearly and made the process of figuring out if they could take my insurance, much smoother! Also, the assistant Jynette was very comforting & kind. I was rather nervous when I went in to get some fillings done because I’ve never gotten them done before & Jynette made it a point to explain everything that they would be doing & made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Pinney is great too. He is efficient & knows what he is doing!! I would 100% recommend this dentist!! :)"

"This dentist is awesome! Every one is super welcoming is and comforting. Jynette is my personal favorite, she is talkative just like me and we get along great. The doctor is also great, very good with kids and always made me feel better if i was nervous. Definitely recommend!"

"I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and didn’t always have a great experience at other offices. I was very anxious about my first appointment but Nelley at the front desk made me feel better from the very first call. At my first appointment, Jeanette was understanding and empathetic. She was thorough and kind. The doctor was also kind and non-judgemental. Leslie was helpful and knowledgable. Everyone I met was so nice and didn’t make me feel worse about all the work that needs to be done. 10/10 recommend!"
