"Sophia the office manager was very pleasant and got me into a quick appointment to be seen by the doctor. Although they take forever to answer a phone call Sophia’s great customer service made up for it, I also enjoyed my dental assistant Julie."

"A bit of a wait to start my appointment (40mins). Everyone and everything else was done thoroughly, professionally but not efficiently. Had to do a move from one room to another to continue. I’m in a wheelchair so additional transfers are time consuming and anxiety producing."

"I had a referral to go to the dentist in Orlando from Titusville we we're late and Sofia the Manager got me right in made sure I was taken care of I was in extreme pain! This is the best dentist and by far the best Coast Dental I've ever been to! Great staff amazing experience!!!"

"Frightening. I went to Coast Dental because they were included in the dental network of my insurance plan. And, frankly, I had very few problems and rarely needed serious treatment. (Thank you, fluoride) Every time I went, however, the staff had changed. The last time I went, my appointment was delayed because they forgot it, so I had to reschedule. When I returned, they had computer problems and had to shut down. I finally got service on the third attempt. I tried to use the toilet but found it clogged and overflowing. I reported it, but no one did anything to clean up the mess. I had to find a working toilet elsewhere. It was a bad sign. First step was a painful semi-annual cleaning. I assumed they had to be painful until I went to a different dentist. But more on that later... When the [new] dentist finally saw me, she said there was a problem with my front tooth which had to be removed and replaced with either a bridge or implant, but she had "no idea what is going on with it". Not exactly the explanation I had hoped for. Time for a new opinion and a new dentist of my choice, not theirs. The tooth did need replacing, but by a dentist who knew what he was doing and why. The new dentist also cleaned my teeth, but there was no pain. Holy cow.... I didn't realize how incompetent and careless the staff was at Coast. Go to Coast Dental only if you must find the cheapest alternative possible and can endure the filth and the pain that comes with it."
