"Unfortunately I didn't read reviews before going to this place. When I got quoted the price I didn't understand why I was paying out of pocket, something seemed off. I kept asking if this doctor is in network. Yes. Then why am I paying all this money. Turns out completely unnecessary things that are super expensive (googled everything when I got home). I didn't understand what I'm paying for but I believed them. I thought they're doctors and they know what they are doing. Can't believe I got fooled to pay all this money. Trying to reach the doctor but no response so far Edit: thank you for working towards solving the issues. I appreciate that every concern I had was addressed. And thanks a lot to Andrea, it's a pleasure to be examined/treated so kindly"

"Great office staff, great dentist. I had to have a tooth pulled. I was in and out in 90 minutes and the tech entertained me while the dentist was working. I am very afraid of dentists this was so easy. Thank you so much. I have found my new dentist after 40 years of looking"

"The staff is very nice. My hygienist was nice and professional. My only issue with this facility is they add things to your quote that are not covered by insurance and they really should discuss those with you so you can make an informed decision. In my case they had some laser treatment for $400 added on. Luckily when I go their for my appointment the Dentist was not in yet so they could not do this and when I heard about the laser I asked what is that for and why. Turned out my insurance did not cover it and frankly if I knew that I would not have had done either way. In the future I know now to ask detailed questions before any procedure is done, so I can make an informed decision on whether to get the treatment or not."

"So my experience this year was different than last year. Even though I paid off my entire payment plan last year from work I had done, on time, the requirements put in place this year would have left me high and dry for the procedure I had done today. If not for my best friend lending me the money Id have an infected rotting tooth still in my mouth. Had the payment plan procedure still been the same as the previous year though, I'd have had no problem paying for the procedure. And again, I'd have paid it on time. When asked why the payment plan process had changed, I was told OTHER people didn't pay as agreed, so the policy of what was needed was changed. Selene is the office was great. She's a credit to that practice. My specialist was also very good as well as was her MA. High marks for those 3 people. They also called my medicine into the wrong pharmacy somehow as well. And 1 of the 2 initial ladies that checked me in gave off unfriendly vibes. So, to sum it up, it went from a 4-5 star experience last year to a low 3 star this year To be clear the actual work done and attitude done by the professionals was good, no complaints yet, but as for the billing, if you don't have a lot of money, it'll be an issue if you need work (even with insuramce) and one of the people who works the front desk needs to go through customer service training . As far as competency of the work and kindness of most of the staff you'll have a good experience."
