"If I could give -5 I would have done. I visited Dr.Verardi for a regular cleaning and a tooth that was hurting me. Her hygienist diagnosed the painful tooth had developed an abscess and had to be removed. She further said that I had to do filing for 3 of my teeth and remove my wisdom tooth. I did the procedure for removal of the decayed tooth. I found the doctor to be not very gentle. But as the tooth healed I decided to go to her again to do the rest of the treatment that she had diagnosed even though I did not have any pain. This decision turned out to be a nightmare. She broke one of my filing and asked me to visit her Endodontist. The pain was unbearable. As the review of her reference was bad I visited another doctor for the root canal. When I call back for an appointment to get the crown done I got a very rude response from her receptionist. And when I go in for the treatment the doctor comes in and started to shout at me. She was not happy with the fact that I saw another endodontist. She started blaming my old doctor and said he messed up with tooth. It was such a bad and unhealthy experience I will never forget in my life. And each time I visit thereafter before me she ensures from her assistant that the consent has been filled and that I sign a document that I liked the crown, colour etc. I am not sure whether I had any option but to do it. Long story short it has been two months and the pain still continues. From not having any pain before visiting her office I am in pain for the past 2 months and had shell out more than 700 dollars. I was not even given a receipt for the final bill. Eventhough I deserve to be reimbursed the expenses and compensated I don't even accept an apology from here. I would never advise anyone to go to this doctor."

"I was highly recommended to her by a close friend. About 2 years ago I took my 86 year old mom in for some dental work. My mom had a couple of rotten teeth that needed to be pulled and I wanted her to get a cleaning and maybe get a partial. She had no bedside manner she referred us to the oral surgeon who we loved by the way, and said I’m not doing anything until all the top teeth which were 11 teeth pulled out. Then we will talk about getting a denture. That was totally not my plan because mom has dementia and is in assisted living and they lose dentures. When we went to oral surgeon he said it would be horrible and extremely painful to pull out teeth that were not rotted especially front teeth! So we scheduled removal of 4 decayed teeth 2 top 2 bottom and haven’t been back to Verardis office and never will. I agree also w another review she talks about things like your not even present. Like I said never again!"

"My appointment was for 11:30am. Got there at 11:15, filled out the paperwork at 11:20am. Waited 30 minutes and was still not being called nor updated. Three other patients who arrived later than me were seemed."

"I have been to Dr. Verardi's office for years and I have been very happy. I usually take a morning appointment and I never had to wait. Their staff is very nice and I have been very pleased with my dental care."
