"Only giving 1 star because the dental hydentist was really good with my nervous toddler. Doctor Falastin she was very condescending during my kids' appointments and claims that they have cavities due to me breastfeeding them, especially past 1 years old and that my breastmilk basically doesnt provide any nutritional value after that. I was kind but deeply shocked that she had the audacity to shame me like that. My kids were never given any juices or sweets until 2 years old. Only ate organic fruits and veggies and had their teeth brushed and flossed 2x a day. Shaming brestfeeding moms for breastfeeding parents their toddlers doesnt look good! On top of that there was a mix up with the work that one of my son's needed done. Long story short the main dentist didnt reiterate everything that was supposed to be done the morning of the procedure while both my husband and both sat there. They need to be more thorough with their written and verbal procedures that are taken place."

"My daughter has been going here since she was 2 and we have had nothing but great experiences! The staff are so friendly and patient and the front desk staff are so personable! I have recommended to some of my close friends! Definitely recommend!"

"I wanted to write this detailed review hoping this could help someone. I took my kids ( 7 year old and 4 year old) for their cleaning first time to this place in July. Dr. Falastin has terrible bed side manners and she was extremely rude and unprofessional when treating my 4 year old for cavity filling. She was literally yelling at my son and when questioned and requested to be polite , she felt insulted and told her office is disturbed with my 4 year old crying ( which btw is less than 5 minutes). Importantly, when my daughter was treated for sealing on one of her tooth, the nurse applied a chemical on her skin which burnt the skin next to her lips. Neither the nurse who did this nor the doctor felt like apologizing and I was told by the doctor that "mistakes do happen". Yes, mistakes do happen but how you react and own to your mistakes does make a difference Dr. Falastin. I wish you had apologized and felt sorry for my daughter who suffered with burns due to your team negligence or you have had little patience treating younger kids and acted professional with us. That is not too much of an ask but may be it is to you ! Not to mention, the front desk staff is super rude and unprofessional. They gave me hard time in transferring my kids medical records to my new pediatric dentist. I am finally done with them and I should thank the patient practice manager Deno, who of all felt sorry to the terrible experience I had with them and apologized on their behalf. I won't recommend this place to anyone counting on my personal experience not once but twice with the doctor and their staff."

"Very welcoming and clean environment. Everyone we encountered was nice. The dentist educated me on how to better navigate my daughter's dental health. Everything went great so far. Looking forward to future appointments here."

"I’ve been taking my daughter here ever since her very first teeth came in. The staff is amazing and Dr. Abu-Samn is wonderful! She is very gentle and patient with my mini. My daughter actually looks forward to her dentist appointments thanks to Magical Smiles! I would highly recommend this office for all your little ones’ dental needs!"
