"This dentist is a crook. I had two fillings done and he charged me for a bunch of extra stuff. now I have a tooth ache in those two teeth. I showed up for an appointment and he told me that "he meant to call me to cancel". Now I get a bill for 75$ saying that I missed an appointment. I left them and never went back! I would've never made an appointment. The guy is a joke and a crook for a dentist and has 1 employee(who magically her name appeared in some of these "reviews"). He didn't even have a hygienist when I went. I would not recommend anyone go there even if all your teeth were rotting."

He has become almost like a member of the family and we are so happy to have a reliable, skilled, friendly, and extremely competent doctor in our area. He has seen us through our dental emergencies as well as our routine check ups and we couldn’t be more pleased with his services, his prices, and his skills. "Let me first say that I have extreme anxiety about the dentist. Dr. Banoub is extremely nice and funny. I love the fact that he laid out all the options for me and my particular situation. The office is clean and the staff have excellent bedside manner. Jessica at the front desk is very knowledgeable on the topic of dentistry and has a very pleasant character and demeanor . I would totally recommend this place to anyone , especially to if you are like me and have had horrible experiences in the past.keep up the good work!"

"In agreement with Stacy........Hind sight being 20/20, our entire visit at this office felt like one sales pitch and "up sale" after another. The front desk and dentist were both very friendly and welcoming, so it took me a bit to catch on. Everything seemed to be going well until toward the end of the visit. Everything is an up sell and the dental work is horrible. The crown placed (on front tooth) is not straight, nor does it feel right. When I mentioned it, I was told that it was perfectly in line and I would just have to get used to it. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I have requested my dental records three times now and have yet to receive them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB."

"Dr. Banoub and his staff were wonderful and I plan to keep going back! I've seen other Dentist and had a bad experience. Dr. Banoub was attentive to my concerns and clear to address each before beginning. He made sure I had no pain and did not try to sell me anything beside healthy, clean teeth! As for the staff and front desk, they were on top of my paperwork and got me in and out and while being welcoming and pleasant."
