"This hotel itself was very nice and close to sea world. I was disappointed in the customer service and the room we received. We booked a king room a couple months ahead of time. When we checked in we were given a room with two queen beds. When we went down to talk to the receptionist we were told they were sold out for the night and that’s why we got the different room. I understand being sold out, but if we had a reservation for a specific room I do not understand why we were not given the room we reserved. Also the hotel advertised a shuttle that runs to SeaWorld daily. We were given instructions to reserve our spot on the shuttle only to find out there was no shuttles running that day. Thankfully we rented a car but ended up having to pay to park at sea world and pay to park $18 per night at the hotel, which seems steep for a hotel not located in an inner city. It seems like an odd fee to me based on the location and parking lot of the hotel."

"This was our second stay at this location and I can assure you it won’t be our last. Lots of food options around, breakfast is better than most and absolutely wonderful staff all around. Diego was the front desk receptionist and was the absolute best. My daughter and I were in town for cheer competition. Diego was not only friendly and helpful to us both but was super kind and interactive. Probably one of the best front desk associates I’ve ever encountered. Thank you Diego! Although I didnt get the chance to get her name, the young lady at the bar (at the pool) was also extremely friendly. She was working alone and did an excellent job serving each customer. These two individuals delivered amazing customer service and went beyond your typical expectations. The world needs more people like them!"

"I’m never a fan of paying for parking at a hotel I’m staying at, that feels like double dipping. Elevators were behind doors that needed to be held open, instead of just being accessible to the lobby. The sink in the room was hard to use with only having the water be less than an inch away from the edge of a massive sink. The shower curtains did not stay in place allowing water to splash out onto the floor causing my child to fall. That said, positive notes are, a very nice breakfast selection, the pool (we did not use) looks to be kept well and fun for kids, room view was nice and able to see fireworks, staff was friendly and helpful. There is also a CVS within walking distance and a Publix just down the road."

"The service here was wonderful. Everyone was kind, attentive, and thoughtful. I had to wait about 30 seconds when checking in. They apologized for the wait and gave us a goody bag with snacks and water. We have two boys (8 and 10) and we wound up walking to SeaWorld which was about one mile. At the end of the day after walking 11 miles through the park, we used Lyft to take us back (a 3 minute ride). The next morning, it was a 15 minute drive to Universal. Great location for those who are looking to do theme parks in an economical way. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was everything you needed (oatmeal, eggs, cereal, fruit, bagels, make your own waffles). I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great hotel. There is a a pool on-site with long hours available to guests. The complimentary breakfast changes daily, keeping it interesting. Staff was friendly. The shuttle was excellent too, free to all Disney locations and easy to book."
