"I had a horrible experience with this attorney. I hired Ms. Aguinaga to fill out a form, made the mistake of paying all of the money up front. Her and her paralegal, Mr. Ramon, delayed the processing of my form for nearly a year. When they did fill it out, there were many mistakes on it. Mistakes that I had to correct myself. Ms. Aguinaga had most certainly not filled out these kinds of waivers until she took my case. Ultimately the form was mailed back to me because it was inappropriately sent to the wrong government agency. When I called back the office to explain what just had occurred, Ms. Aguinaga said “ oh I’m sorry, it sounds like you have to appeal, we don’t do that kind of processing here!” Wasted 1 year of my life, that of my family, and $2K that I will never get back. After she was done with my form she merely dusted off her shoulders; did not offer to reimburse me for inappropriately filing the forms. This is exactly the kind of attorney you do not want. I do not recommend her. She let the paralegal take over my case and did little to no follow up until the last minute."
