"This hotel is very convenient if you have anything going on at the convention center. It’s a little pricy but the rooms are nice and has many amenities. They have restaurants within the hotel with an arcade for the kids. The best part is the pool and water slides along with a splash park for the little kids. It’s extremely close and convenient to all the Walt Disney World parks and shopping center."

"The only complaint I'd have about this hotel is the other guests, which obviously the hotel can't control. Some people are just super rude, and parents need to get their kids under control, they should not be running like ubangees through the hotel! Otherwise we can't wait to go back, thankfully we were in a quiet tower. No, the view wasn't as great but I could actually sleep! Breakfast is amazing, it was like a Vegas buffet! The staff was wonderful, very helpful, and always smiling. The parking fee seemed a bit much, even for valet, but we did it anyway because we didn't want to shuttle from the garage and I'm glad we did because we needed to call up the car a few times for things I had forgotten. The water park is a great perk, wish there was an adult only pool, but it was fun to float around the lazy river. And again, the unruly kids aren't any fault of the hotel. The free shuttles are handy, we only used it once but it saved a lot of aggravation trying to park and walk at the theme park. Oh, I do have a small complaint, more gluten free options would be nice. The restaurants were lacking a bit, and also as platinum elite members we were told we could get 2 treats from the pantry but it was never anything I could actually eat. The frozen yogurt in the pantry is super delish though!!"

"Shameful Room Service! It is really sad to see such a name brand like Marriott in conglomerate decline. For a flagship resort, it has decidedly 2 star feel to it. Is it understaffing, cost pressures or greed. Hard to tell but one thing for sure is that room service is no longer room service. In the “old” days room service was served on China and you had a decent menu. This room service - $32.00 including a tip mind you on their app and served in a doggy bag with plastic forks. Folks reading this - use a real food delivery app. I asked customer service - they allow delivery. I can see why. Room is somewhat Marriott quality - though the squeaky clean and all working at 5 star quality - like fixtures, working phone cord - history. There is simply no way I would shell out any kind of real money to stay here on any kind of trip unless I had too. Plus I have no vehicle so I can’t leave and the restaurants are for bigger parties. Therefore not a happy camper. Do better management! You are ruining Marriott’s brand one room service delivery at a time."

"Just down the road from Magic Kingdom. Large hotel with tons of space. At check-in, Xaviera was very friendly and helpful. The glass elevator was a highlight for my kids going up the North Tower. Views from our room were great. Overlooking the pool and you can see Epcot in the distance. Plus, the pool has a laser light show every night at 8:00pm. Rather long walks to get to spa, fitness center and some shops due to its size. Worst walk was to self parking garage as you need to walk the entire hotel and conference space to get there. Tip: park on Level 3 to have direct access to the hotel/conference center without using an elevator. I stayed here two weekends in a row, first with my family for personal trip and the next for work conference. Both stays were nice."

"We stay here every year for conferences and we love it! Only one minor glitch during our stay last week. We had a late check out at 12 noon. We left our room to visit my sons in another room and were only gone for about 20 minutes. When we got back to our room at 11:45 to gather the rest of our things, the room was already stripped down and being cleaned. No big deal, however, I got my wife a new sweater for Christmas and she left it in the room on the bed which wasn’t there when we got there. We were told that if they find it they would let us know but so far, nothing has been found. But let me shift gears to the positive. There were two ladies from the front desk who went the extra mile for me and my family. I have to shout out Kimberly from the evening shift and Louise from the morning shift. They were so, so friendly and professional and made life so much easier for us. I hope that Marriott is caring for them the same way they are taking care of their loyal customers. They are both amazing and are worth their weight in GOLD! Thank you for being awesome you two! We sure hope that you’re there next year when we visit! God bless!"
