"Extremely rude staff. Lack of customer service. The clerk, Derrick, did not allow me to finish my question and just started providing irrelevant information. He seemed irritated and miserable. I tried calling back to get another person on the phone and the lady I spoke to was surprisingly even ruder. She hung up on my face before I could even get a name. Both clerks refused to transfer me to the extension I was asking for."

"I have significant experience Defending people in this Court. When I go I know if things work out well it can be an opportunity for my client to maybe fix his status in the United States and finally be able to live a normal life."

"Parking was fine (and free). Security lady at entrance was unnecessarily rude (upstairs guards were much nicer). Judge was awesome. Translator was awful and didn't try to understand the poor guy from Guatemala that went before us (just kept giving half translations to the Judge rather than clarifying). Had an 8:30 court time, arrived by 8, finally entered at courtroom at 10, had court about 10:20. FYI, bathrooms are kind of hidden (They're on the first floor)."
