"Rough around the edges. Breaky was good. Shuttles to the parks are completely misleading and very strict. Departure at 7am or 11am for Universal. Terrible times. Beds were small but comfortable. Location is the best part of the hotel. $7-11 rides share to Universal."

"I stayed here before never had any issues with my room. But this room 332 was horrible. No Hot Water the closet was busted the bed felt like I was laying on the floor hard as a rock. Me and my husband went out and came back to the room late so I couldn’t check out there was nothing available. I made a complaint all they said was we was full and the man Alfredo or whatever his name is was rude. The was no Quality at this in more like motel 6.. I’m so anxious waiting for my 40 dollars to come to my card.. Never again"

"Stayed here over the weekend to attend MegaCon. The location is absolutely perfect. Right off the strip where there are a lot of restaurants and attractions. Please keep in mind that you are getting what you pay for. The hotel is an older one, and it definitely shows. I'll admit I once I checked in, I wasn't sure how my stay would go, but I got extremely lucky, and nothing went wrong or was wrong with my room. The breakfast was basic but included, so there's that. There will be a $50 deposit held on the card you pay with that will be returned at the end of your stay."

"The hotel is a little outdated but the service and location were great. Rooms were cleaned everyday and Towels were changed everyday. New Toiletries were stocked everyday. We didn't ask for cleaning the rooms or changing towels or restocking the toiletries, but everyday when we came back to the hotel room, it was all done. The Night Manager named "SHONDA" was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She made our stay super special by always answering our questions with a smile and making us feel welcomed. Apart from the location, The stay included "Free Breakfast" and "Free Shuttle" to the Universal Studio and Disney, which was a Add in factor to book this hotel. There was a "Jacuzzi", that we enjoyed every evening after coming back to the hotel. We were a group of 24 friends, with 6 Rooms and every one of us had a pleasant experience."
