"A good visit overall. Dr. "Mack" is very talented and professional. He was very attentive to my pain level and took great "pains" to be sure I was comfortable. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. I was not prepared for the front desk to tell me I needed to pay $814 after my second visit. My first visit was an exam and setting up a treatment plan, I had a current set of x rays sent from a previous dentist so x rays were unnecessary. The second visit was preparation for a bridge with a crown securing each end of the three tooth bridge. My insurance is estimated to cover $2000 of a $2814 bill so they collected my share after my second visit. I expected to pay my share after my treatment was completed. I would still recommend them but suggest they inform new patients that their share of treatment costs will be collected before the treatment is completed."
