"Pretty disappointed and dissatisfied. Charging exuberant amounts of money continuously, although given an exact amount for a crown on paper as I also have a very good federal employee dental insurance. Following that visit I came in for the procedure, as upon entering right at the front desk they has asked me for additional $300 more. I guess they forgot that they had given me black on white the precise price for the crown 3 weeks before. Did I mention that this 1 basic crown Alone ended costing me $580.00, (without the additional $300 they hoped to collect before I even sat on the dentist chair). The high end dental insurance that I have and paying extra for to get the best care, Paid dr. Mitchell’s office for that 1 crown another $567.50, since I have the record in front of me. However 5 months later this office is asking me now for additional $227.00. This is one of the main reason Dental care has lost its trust in people. No faith in dentists at all. Plenty of scammers waiting for you to get in their office and start robbing you blindly even with your permission. Please, please find another dentist office. Please, do yourself a huge favor. *An update. I would add now that Dr. Mitchell had called me personally after reading this review and apologized many times over as we discussed what went on. She agreed that I was completely correct and that her office staff was wrong. She totally understood why I will not go to her practice anymore and was in total agreement. *To her credit- I do think Dr. Mitchell is responsible and is a woman with integrity, as she is able to see and accept the blame and wrongdoing. Many wouldn’t."

Another office had said my daughter needed two fillings, when I came in for a second opinion, Dr M had done X rays and told us there were no cavities and fillings were not necessary. "I have never had such a wonderful and positive experience as I had with Dr. Nicole Mitchell and her staff. The nice lady that scheduled me over the phone was very friendly and professional. As I walk in the door, I am greeted by 2 super friendly and cute little dogs. They immediately put me in a calm mood. The reception staff was extremely friendly also. My wait time was short and I was taken to the procedure room. From the time I walked in to when I left, everything was totally explained to me. I love the absolute organization they have implemented. The Dentist and her assistant made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. I have found my permanent Dentist office. After I expressed how satisfied I was, my Wife is going to change and start going to this office. I couldn’t have been happier and more satisfied with the treatment that I received there. I recommend this Dentist and her office staff to all."
