"I had my new patient appointment last week and thought I had found my new local dentist. What I got instead is an office that will only schedule up-sale services. I'm recommended to have a deeper cleaning than usual. My insurance will only cover 80%. My insurance will however cover a regular cleaning at 100%. They are refusing to schedule this because the up-sale deep cleaning was recommended. I explained I cannot afford this, I'm single mom with no help from anywhere. $500 is just not in my budget. It's not fair nor ethical to tell a patient they can't have a service that is covered 100% but will schedule the one your company will make more money off of. I'm so upset about being treated this way and now I'm stuck because I already used my new patient appointment up on them! I even called my insurance and they told me there's no reason I can't have the service I'm requesting other than this dentist is trying to make more off of the situation. I personally will not recommend to my coworkers as we all have the same dental coverage. You clearly don't care for my health if you won't even do a basic cleaning."

"First time for a cleaning here. Nicole did a great job. She took me back right at scheduled time and took a number of x-rays, was pleasant and very gentle with the periodontal cleaning. She also was professional and friendly making you feel comfortable. She was able to schedule my next appointment with her right then so I didn't have do it myself when leaving. Thank you!"
