"Coast Dental most certainly lives up to its F rating with the BBB!! The patients that have had a pleasant experience must have been the lucky ones. They cancel your appointments, bully and shame you into things you don’t need, lie about your insurance not covering ( so you pay out of pocket) and talk about you and other patients blatantly within ears shot. The girls at the front desk and the hygienist the day I was there for some reason thought their conversations were not heard by anyone but everyone can hear you talking about us. Personally, I don’t even think that they cared that people can hear, which made it worse. Be sure to check out the Better Business bureau for yourself before you make an appointment. I wish I had done so before I had any dealings with them."

"Today was my first visit at Coast Dental and I must say I left there with a big smile on my face because of the awesome service I received. From the administrative staff to the clinical staff, all of the ladies were very warm and caring; professional yet friendly and personable; thorough in making sure I understood exactly what to expect in terms of what my insurance covered vs what my out of pocket cost would be. Their equipment is very up to date which enables them to get you in and out within a very reasonable timeframe.
