"Reception is hit or miss. I’ve had to call repeatedly for various school forms to be filled out. Dr. Siddiqui is great, but today I arrived 16 minutes late for my appointment after driving over an hour in traffic to get there and they wouldn’t see my son and we live thirty minutes away. I understand we were late, but have some compassion for over stretched Moms just trying to do what’s best for their kids. We will not be back."

"ALL THE FRONT MEDICAL ASSISTANTS AT THIS PLACE ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL THEY SEEM LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOBS AND FAILED TO TREAT MY SONS ALOPECIA OR EVEN NOTATE IT IN HIS PHYSICAL! THE MANAGER MELISSA IS UNAVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO YOU AND THEY MAKE ZERO EFFORT TO RECTIFY THE DAMAGE DONE. They have been giving me the run around for my son’s medical records even though i filled out the legal medical release more than 72hours ago."

"How this facility only has a 2 and a half star rating is ridiculous. Had my son’s school physical yesterday and it was so smooth. Starting with the front desk personnel they were amazing.I recommend to anyone reading this to get there about 15 minutes prior so you can knock out the paperwork if it’s your child’s first time there. The nurse Ms Amanda was amazing with my son, wish she was a bit more chatty since I’m a talker but she’s no doubt amazing with kids. Ok now the Doc ( Dr. Matos ) is the best!!!!!! Super personable and just truly a genuinely good person you can feel it immediately when you meet her. My son loved her!! She’s tough too, she told me my son is overweight I wasn’t trying to hear it cause he’s stout but yes she’s right. I tried blowing her off a bit, she made sure I got the point. Recommend this facility to anyone, once again if it’s your child’s first time get there early so you can fill out the paperwork and not have to deal with your child at the same time."

"I have been going here for 7 years with my daughter and now with my newborn, they are amazing! Always responding in a timely manner and if there is ever an emergency they get us in right away the same day. So grateful for their service! Dr. Lin and Dr. Geddes are incredible!"
