"This place is horrible. They started treatment on my son and before it was finished told me the doctor was leaving PERMANTLEY at the end of the week and I had to find a new dentist. Leaving my sons tooth open after a root canal with nothing protecting it. They promised over and over again they would get the work done within 30 days so no harm was done to the tooth and then just came up with "I'm sorry we have no more appointment's the dentist is leaving Friday." WHY would you start this type of work on a patient knowing the doctor was leaving the next week? Then the office told the insurance that this tooth had a temporary on it, it should be fine when in fact it did not. Not only did I explain this to them, they also had the records from the endodontist who did the root canal, and they also saw him in person and still somehow thought there was a temporary when there wasn't? SCARY! Last the manager got on the phone and proceeded to tell me she couldn't help I had car trouble and could not come in. I never had car trouble! She "confused" me for someone else. And they brought out a bill for my son that wasn't even his insurance. Insisting he owed this much money or he couldn't have the work done. Thank god I spoke up. They said "oh we accidently put your insurance", no I don't have Aetna either. Who knows who insurance they had on my son's account. We did everything they asked and I trusted them that they would do what they promised. They are the professionals? Right??!! Be very careful. Something is not right with this office. SHAME ON YOU, DO BETTER!"
"Had full upper denture and lower implants done starting in February. Upper denture fit well and was delivered in a timely manner. Was told lower would be done in September. Then it kept getting extended. Finally received in March. Was not happy as the teeth were too large and the fit was not correct. Was told they did not have any smaller teeth and the only solution was to have the implants removed, however had already paid thousands out of pocket. They saw how small my teeth were before they started so why was I not told at that time? Tried wearing the lower but the work was so shoddy and fit so bad, that the denture implants broke away from the denture. When I returned, they wanted to charge over 500.00 per implant to reattach. If you want to throw away your money for something that will sit in a cup go ahead and visit them!!! Also, it is not a 1 stop shop. Need to go to a different office to have teeth pulled and implants inserted into gum. Also they send the molds to Georgia for creation and are dependent on that shop as to when they will complete. Total rip off and timeline will always be blamed on someone else."
"Showed up for a 1:30 appointment at 1:35 (it was pouring rain and I had 2 kids in tow). I stood in line behind someone for about 10 minutes before I was able to check in. After checking in, the receptionist called my name out and said "You're aware your appointment was 15 minutes ago right?" I told her "Yes ma'am, I got here about 5 minutes late and had to wait in line to check in." She then calls me up a little while later and says the pediatric dentist that was supposed to see my child "suddenly got violently ill and may not be able to see my child." They said to give them a bit and they would see if another dentist could see her. 15 or 20 minutes passes (at this point I've been in office about 40 minutes, still waiting. My toddler was starting to get antsy sitting in the lobby. I got up and told the receptionist that if I needed to reschedule due to the dentist being sick, I could. She told me the dentist is fine and would still be able to work on my child. This was a bit unsettling because if you're sick in any capacity, I don't think it's very smart to put your hands into other peoples mouths. Finally, another 15 or 20 minutes goes by and my toddler was just unruly at this point (now close to an hour in the waiting room), so I got up and just told them I'd have to reschedule and left. The entire experience was a disorganized cluster in EVERY sense of the word. I absolutlely will not ever go back to this establishment."
"The provider REFUSED to treat me and was abrasive during my apt. She indicated “next to your filling”. I stated “what filling”. I have no previous knowledge of having a filling. She was rude and there were not witnesses. She indicated the treatment plan and then had the office manager tell me she was not going to treat me because I “was argumentative”. At no time was I arguing I was simply asking a question regarding what filling she was talking about. I have spent thousands of dollars at your facility. THOUSANDS. All my children go here. The fact that an employed provider can refuse service on someone with a cracked painful tooth is appalling and mistreatment of patients. The office manager indicating “the truth is she doesn’t want to treat you because you were arguing with her” is also poor management of patient care. Manager further stated “I can’t force a doctor to treat you, I wasn’t there”. Exactly the provider was and the office is taking the side of the provider instead of mitigating appropriate patient care."
"My 3 year old son has sensory issues, and was having a hard time at his appointment. The doctor took her time, and played with him until he was comfortable. I’m grateful she was so understanding, and patient so he could leave with a smile on his face."
