"I had some achy teeth to get checked out, not being sure if my employer would give me the time off, I took an easy 6:15 pm appointment. The location exterior was very well kept & parking lot clean. I found it easy to find a close spot. There wasn't much of a waiting time, if any. The staff were more at the ready then I was. They seemed to know my concerns before I could reiterate from the time setting the appointment. From X - ray to comfortable chair, there was a refreshing cup of mouth wash waiting to me to start telling Dr. Ben all about my aches. Dr. Ben was clean cut, polite & professional. The chair along with the entire room was very clean. There was no trash in the waste basket. Everything appeared like it was ready to go like a movie stage set. Dr. Ben explained my X-rays & complimented on the good up keep. He explained all the options for all possible work without pushing anything. Understanding my work & travel distance he opted for an immediate cleaning rather than set another appointment. It was like there wasn't any pressure at all to cause my discomfort. It was the first time a dentist complemented me on my teeth & he seemed positive about it that carried the entire mood. His cleaning technique was amazing. No accidental hook pokes or slips of the rotary tool. He seemed to know just the right amount of tooth polishing compound to use without burning enamel or leaving the usual crunchy minty grit behind. He was very soft spoken & I was treated like a guest the entire time. They didn't ask for payment until ready to depart. Being without insurance, it was very affordable. So glad I chose them. Dr. Ben is a large credit to the community & I won't be going anywhere else for my teeth. I went in & out with the same exact amount of them too. You won't be disappointed & unbelievably hospitable."
