"I can’t say enough good things about this office. I scheduled an emergency appointment with them after my tooth cracked and was in excruciating pain for 3 days. I could not get an appointment for weeks with the oral surgeon my original provider sent me to. The staff here is amazing. Very kind, caring, and attentive. The doctor was fantastic, was able to extract my tooth for me after the exam and I didn’t feel a thing and it took less than 30 seconds. I would highly recommend this office!"

"Snowbirds from North Carolina (arrived in Florida less than a week ago) in search of a highly rated dentist. Driving today we saw Ideal Dentist ( Lutz, FL address) as I was on my phone trying to locate dentist with high rating and saw this location had a 4.9 out of 5. I walked in and was greeted friendly by Roda, explained where I was from, my situation, shared my tooth issue which I had been dealing with for 5-6 weeks. She went to see if I could be seen today and the answer was yes. I returned a short while later, was taken back for xrays and waited to see the dentist Hamza Kattih, DMD. He introduced himself, had previously been told my issues, yet he wanted to hear from me personally. I am private pay; no dental insurance. With my issues there were 2 options; a root canal or tooth extraction. Roda came to share the financial options which also included "Ideal Dental Plan", which offered great savings and benefits. My husband came in to also hear the options. I had a few questions and spoke with Dr. Kattih-Keirsten, Dr. Kattih's assistant and Roda. There knowledge, support of my situation, and wanting what would be best for me was very touching...personal and professional service. Throughout my procedure Dr. Kattih and Keirsten took great care of me. Dr. Kattih explained my post-procedure care, the prescriptions I was receiving, and if I had questions or issues to please contact them. When I left the office today, not only was my issue gone, it didn't cost as much as it could have because I purchased "THE Ideal Dental Plan", I was happy feeling comfortable and confident that I had found a dentist and staff who truly cared and I felt like family. If I could score higher than 5 stars I would because they deserve 500!"
