"The facility was really clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. The wait time was short and everything was done efficiently. The dentist explained her findings and the recommended treatment. She also talked to my child about how to brush properly on her permanent teeth.and that she must brush and floss twice a day. It was a great experience!"
"The PA was great. She was very energetic and caring for my 2 children. I would have given 5 stars but we had to wait 2 hours even though we had an appointment. This is no reflection on her but on the location. If you have many patients you need to have more than one provider. That’s not fair to the patient or provider that has to deal with so many people."
"I loved the facility. Obviously it’s brand new so it’s clean and looks really nice. The staff were great. They were nice, friendly and professional. I am not happy that I was not allowed to be with my child while a stranger, first time here, was working in her. That policy needs to be looked at reviewed by management. I understand why this policy might work for some people but it don’t for me. My child listens, sit still and knows how to behave while at a dentist appointment, whether I’m in the room or not. The room was large enough with an empty chair for me to sit in but was still told I was not allowed in the room her until after the dentist was finished with the exam. Please review this policy as some people might not be comfortable leaving their child alone with strangers durning a nervous time for the child."
