"This dental office is decent BUT the front desk is beyond rude, brash and completely disrespectful. The front desk barely lets you get a word out before interrupting, you would think you’d receive proper customer service especially when you’re spending thousands of dollars on dental procedures, plan on searching for a new dentist. I would never refer this place."

"Disappointed and will take my business back to Friendly Smiles.. They had me wait while they took my 19 year old daughter back for XRays. As soon as she was taken back they had her sign a consent which she thought was routine. It was actually consent to do unnecessary procedures not covered by insurance. I always avoid these. This was not explained to her at the time she signed. At the end they showed the paper with her signature and we were stuck paying the bill. Totally unethical. Hard lesson learned for her— read and ask questions before signing anything. She felt they took advantage of her youth. On a positive note, Sophia did an incredible teeth cleaning for my daughter— no pain great personality."

"I wish I could give Dr. Nguyen's office more than 5 stars. This is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen I believe since the office opened. They are family to me. I have brought my fiancé to see them and he loves them (he hates going to the dentist). They have treated my daughter and my stepdaughter who both just raved about the care and how nice everyone is. I can not say enough great things about Creating Smiles. They truly care about their patients and making the dental visit comfortable and stress less. I get so many compliments on my smile. All thanks to Dr. Nguyen and her incredible staff. "I hadn't been to the dentist for about 12 years! I had developed gum disease along with bone loss due to not having my teeth cleaned as well as not flossing! I started seeing a dentist in 2012 where I received a deep cleaning that was necessary but I still wasn't flossing and my gums were getting worse and the dentist seemed as if he didn't care and just kept taking my money! I then went to another dentist and was still not flossing and he said I needed a deep cleaning and mentioned laser surgery due to inflammation and pocketing! I wanted another opinion so I went to Creating Smiles to see Dr. Nguyen which when I arrived I received a very warm welcome! Dr. Nguyen said I needed a deep cleaning which was necessary due to persistent gum disease and not flossing! Dr. Nguyen also recommended a mouthwash due to inflammation and pocketing instead of recommending surgery! Not only was the mouthwash a less expensive option, it worked! So thanks to Dr. Nguyen my gums are healthy and I'm flossing! I also have to say that Dr. Nguyen is a very gentle and compassionate person! I would also like to point out the fact that the staff are very respectful! I now love going to the dentist!"
