"This office is terrible! They've provided me the 2 worst dental experiences I've ever had, as well as one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever seen. I've had numerous crowns and their procedure was absolute torture. Same for just a cleaning. I told them I was sensitive to ultrasonic cleaning and they insisted on continuing. After experiencing numerous strikes of major pain during the procedure I discontinued the cleaning. Months later, I had a painful tooth and thought I would give them one more chance to fix this. I went in to have it looked at and was treated with such incredible rudeness and unprofessionalism that I left the office without seeing the dentist and vowed to NEVER return!"
