"Not happy at all with this dr. She gives novocaine injections without numbing the area first & immediately starts drilling. During a procedure the assistant didn't use suction enough & I started to cough & choke. She talked me into pulling my 4 front lower teeth & giving me a bridge & now I regret it. I lost another tooth at the upper front & wanted another $2700 from me after insurance, for another procedure, I'm still paying $5600 for the first. I walked out."

"I've faced persistent issues securing appointments with this dentist over the past year. When they do schedule, it consistently conflicts with my availability as a college student. Despite my efforts, they drop me from appointments I can make and then express frustration that I’m a no-show, creating a cycle that feels orchestrated. They've even suggested finding a new dentist due to missed appointments, treating me with attitude for schedule conflicts. As a result, they imposed restrictions on my account, making it difficult to obtain necessary dental care. I caution against scheduling if you can't conform to their rigid timetable. My experience includes missing only one appointment, which happened due to scheduling on a date I'd clearly communicated as unavailable. Additionally, the cost doesn't align with the quality, as fillings have fallen out shortly after treatment. I suggest a step up with communication and quality dental work."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Please Please Please avoid Dr. Julia German, she has no bedside manners, did a procedure on my daughter and wouldn’t come talk to me about something else she found that apparently her husband missed, that I believe she caused repairing the current tooth. I asked if I can call her to discuss it and her front desk said she doesn’t talk to patients on the phone. Which leads me to believe she messed up and doesn’t have the guts to tell me so it’s going to cost me another $700. Very disappointing but doesn’t surprise me because their employees are always leaving so that says a lot about the dentists and the work environment."
