"Waiting room chairs peeling apart pieces of covering all over the floor. Poor customer service staff lacked warmth and professionalism. Waited over 25 minutes before being called by staff who failed to introduce by name. Only offering hygienist services 2 days a week booking cleanings 5 months out in July One DDS working 4 patients who all had 2pm appointments. Awful experience overall. I will never return to this practice other than to obtain copies of my X-rays. multiple images were taken unpleasant and painful experience"

"The staff and dentist are very nice people. They are very professional and and seem to sincere in providing the best care for the patients. However the fees are very exorbitant and skyrocketing. I priced a group of procedures Oct. 23 and went back in Feb 24 and the fees have increased $4000. Needless to say I am still shopping around for a better price."

"I made a appointment with the male office manager, showed up, and they canceled on me twice, if I make the appointment and take off work, I will show up.... First canceled appointment was due to them not having proper staff. It's a business, they need to get it together. They didn't care, I had to miss work."

"This office does NOT have a hygienist to clean teeth. Just a "part time" person that comes to their office periodically to do cleanings. So, if you need that done, be prepared to wait around 4 to 6 months to get it done. AND, the worst part is, they don't inform you of this situation at all and ignore what you want looked into. You have to try to schedule an appointment for cleaning before they drop the bomb and tell you this. Plus, they are over zealous about what they can do to rack up a huge bill. My estimate for 2 extractions, a partial and 3 crowns was almost $13,000! But what's worse, on an initial visit, they line up all the things they can do and that you supposedly "need" done so you have to keep coming back for a couple months and spend thousands of dollars with them. I just wanted a check up and cleaning and instead of being straight up, they do at least 20 Xrays and a 3D image of your mouth and afterwards tell you how you need a plethora of work done. My estimate was almost $13,000. I told them that I didn't come in for them to "rebuild" my mouth. And, You never see the dentist until you've been subjected to all these xrays and the 3D photo image of your mouth. Then he tells you all the things he has to do. Example. Pull out your molars and make you a partial to replace them then grind down 3 or 4 other teeth, build them back up and then make you 3 or 4 crowns even though you have no complaints about any of those teeth. This costs a huge bundle plus you didn't ask them for this and you're in no pain or discomfort. But, rest assured. You would be in a lot of pain and discomfort getting all this done plus cleaning out your bank account. In my opinion, they should listen to the patient as to what is bothering them or why they're there to start with instead of ignoring any of your concerns or requests. I don't recommend this dentistry."
