"It was nice and clean with icey cold A C. And and comfortable beds and linen plus it was spacious..I loved it..only problem was it was a non smoking room but it had a loud stinch of cigarette smoke I couldn't rest because of that .other than that nice microwave and ice cold mini fridge with ice cold freezer."

"Please do not stay here! Owners are nice but that's not enough to run a motel. I've stayed here several times because of the price but it's just not a clean place at all. The last room I stayed in had piss all under the toilet seat. You could smell the old piss as soon as you walked into the bathroom and I basically did the job of the house keeper without the pay. Rooms look like they were just made to look semi clean but you walk barefoot and your feet will turn black with a few steps. As for the shower, actually the whole bathroom, get yourself some bathroom/shower shoes or you may get something growing on your feet. Sheets look yellow and most have cig burns and holes in them. I'll only lay on them clothed from head to toe. Don't get me started on the towels which seem washed in just water. Pay a few more bucks and stay at the rodeway inn a little further down or even the garden inn which doesn't look like much but actually has nice rooms and the best shower pressure in the area."

"If I could give a -0 I would. This places has filthy rooms that aren't properly clean and sanitize. They have a old lady "house keeper "" come into the rooms to put out towels ( she actually does) the rooms smells like mildew) . She judt comes in with just water and rag no cleaners and wipes down what she feels like wiping instead of providing a sanitary environment . Sheets dont get change after guess . There was blood stains,hair on my sheets. My daughter caught scabies !!from being in the room for couple of days.price is cheap but customer service and and the cleanliness is terrible . They make excuses saying oh she is a old lady we can't just fire her . She been with company 20 years. The floors has dirt all over the place and room smells dirty and moldy. Their was a needle on the floor. You have drug addicts that lived there . A.c. has mold in it so it shooting out spores in the air. I got a little chest cold now . Very inhumane place to spend your money on to deal with detetrimental consequences. I say spend another 10 dollars 0r 20 for better cleanliness ,safe humane place to lay yoiur head and enjoy your self . They need to remodels, hire more then one house keeper .and provide more courtesy customer service . Oh everything breaking from showers ,to wall crumbling. I told you I was going to follow through . People this is Tampa they have way better hotels then this one . Don't risk your health ,or your piece of mind worrying about what your going to catch or get bit with"

"I went in and said I wanted to rent a room for several days and the next day, I was told that I didn't say anything about staying for several days, I got no receipt and the young lady called me a liar. She was even being rude to me when a man was assisting me and punching in my information for the other nights that I wanted."
